All products are shipped curbside delivery which is a standard home delivery. If you require additional assistance to move the package in to the garage or property, you may add white glove service or uncrate the shipment to carry the pieces individually.
Receiving and Inspecting Your Shipment
Before your order is shipped, a quality inspection is performed and crated for safe delivery. Upon receipt of freight, it is your responsibility to inspect the product to ensure no damage occurred during shipment. While all items are securely packaged, in rare cases damages may be sustained during shipment.When you sign for the receipt of delivered truck freight, you are acknowledging the product was received in good condition. It is most important that product is inspected prior to signing the delivery receipt. If any damage is observed, please note “Contents Damaged” in clearly visible notation and sign after the note has been made.
